The unexplainable little big black box.

Note: I am currently working on a new website blog at the moment. It is still a working progress but feel free to take a look. It is all about mental health and has free resources, information and tips on mental health. You can find it here I also have a few other blogs I am working on too, but this one is the most important to me! Just click this link to take a look http://www.embajemba.com/blogs/mental-help/ . Back to this blog, I will update very soon!!!

Do you feel like you are confined in a little space? A space you feel that is chlostrophobic even though there is a whole world out there to explore? Do you find it hard to hold your head up, to look people in the eye? I cal lit the little big black box, purely because, well, it is exactly how it feels. It's space is confined, but has so much going on around that it can almost be touched, but not quite.

Depression, anxiety, phobias - They are all debilitating in their own ways and although they are now much more recognised by health professionals and society, can make a sufferer feel that they are alone. There are or maybe many factors that contribute to each of these, from lack of confidence to addiction to weight problems. Whatever the problem is, there is help available. Not the help of a professional, or trying to get someone to understand you but Alternative therapies.

My personal journey for alternatives for a healthier mind started 2 years ago when I suffered a nervous break down. It seemed to shut me off from the world and ever since, I have been struggling with weight issues, social phobias, panic attacks ... the list seems endless and after getting frustrated with my GP, I am now on a mission to find what is available and what helps or doesn't! Watch this Space!
